Have You Ever Read A Book That Has Gave You Goosebumps?

Today was the first time such an event occurred for me.
All I have to say is, the ending for “Shutter Island” left me in a trance.

I don’t usually get terribly spooked when reading books. However, when I read Phantoms by Dean Koontz, I felt pretty spooked and even got goosebumps at certain parts of it.
Also, I have not yet read Pet Sematary by Stephen King, but my dad has read it and says that it is one of the most creepy, eerie books he’s ever read. I plan on reading it soon, and I’ll have to see if I find it as eerie as my dad does.
    Best wishes!

Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Zafon
It’s just the right mix of gothic, romance, and mystery, with a hint of metafiction thrown in. It is, without a doubt, one of the best books I have ever read.

  3. Probably hideaway by Dean Koontz, or Angels & Demons by Dan Brown.. both creepy yet very entertaining books.
