Cartoon Chinese Cat Before Kai-lan?

What’s that show called with the little chinese cat that came before Kai-Lan? I remember she had a bat or something as a friend? And she was a pre-schooler teacher thing on PBS Kids or something that would teach about China? Cats or something? I want to show it to my 4 year old step-sister (she LOVES Kai-Lan [speaks chinese around the house, along with Dora's spanish] ). Ok, thanks for your answers. BaiBai!
