Apple launched their new phones on Thursday, June 24, 2010. On June 27, 2010 we shot a film using only the iPhone 4s. Every shot you see here was taken with Apple iPhone 4. The score is by a guy in Colorado Springs by the name of Luke Atencio. It was purchased at www.Tunesociety.com. We used Owle Bubos (www.wantowle.com). They’re killer for getting stabilization and shooting through a real lens. We highly recommend them. Thank you to the great team we had put together, all the racers, the interviews we’ve yet to use (but are planning to in a follow-up). Others in this video include Greg Tracy, Alexander Smith, Erin Tracy, Rhys Millen, Pat & Terry Tracy, Gary Trachy, Clint Magoon, & Terry Holbert. Coverage of the Warriors of Rock press event was one of a couple options for today’s video, but things didn’t go to plan today… at all… so instead here is a video I made by wandering around my apartment pointing my iPhone4 at the crap that collects around me… and some footage from that GH:WOR event, which was pretty awesome by the way.
I see figures all the time about first week sales (the iPhone 3GS sold 1. 6 million units in the first week, the MyTouch sold 60,000 units, etc. ), but how many Android phones are there total vs iPhones (original, 3G and 3GS)? My belief is that all the Android phones combined in the next two years will surpass the amount of iPhones, but no one Android phone will have market dominance.
