This morning my husbands boss was picking him up so they could go to the airport and fly to Utah for meetings this weekend. About 5 minuted before the boss arrived, they both got emails the flight was cancelled so they had more than an hour to kill before they needed to leave.
So my husband invited her in, and I threw on a pot of coffee and made a quickie breakfast for them. this was the first time we met and she seemed like a nice lady. She is a succesful lawyer and probably a millionaire. So I get an email saying if I was more thoughtful I would have gone and put some shoes on instead of “running around in my white socks the whole time she was here”.
So, do you think I did wrong and there is 1 chance that this woman thinks less of my husband because she saw me in socks without shoes?
PS They were new and clean, so that isn’t the issue,

Smokers would be disgusted if there was a news story about a pair of junkie parents who left needles lying around their house with a young child their…..but these same people smoke around their child (now i know everyone answering will be all “i dont smoke around my children”) but thats crap.
they also moan about not being able to harm others walking down the street smoking…..drinkers can’t drink in the streets but you dont see us complain.
why do smokers feel that they should have equal or more rights that non-smokers?
people would strongly object to junkies beinbg allowed to shoot up next to anywhere they want…but they want these same rights.
and after all smoking has NO BENEFITS none at all, atleast a small quantity of alcohol can actually be good for you. no amount of smoking is good for you.
I just dont get it how we dont want cocaine and heroin to be used…look at methadrone….loads want it banned because some people have died….yet more die from smoking causes than cocaine and heroin combined and they are both illegal.
why is it an infringment to stop smokers harming us….but its sweet sweet justice when another drug is banned to protect our dear children.

Robyn Celestial ~ 13 year old girl. Who lives with her single mom and twin brother. Ivy Storm ~ Since Robyn’s and Jayden’s mom is single ( 27) she started dating another man and eventually they got into an argument and divorced. The mom (Danielle) kept their child Ivy who is in the story 11. Ivy is a time traveler ( when time traveling her eyes turn Violet). She’s carefree and spends most of her time outside at the beach or inside playing video games. Ivy is Robyn and Jayden’s step sister.

Nathaniel Archer ~ Angel in heaven who is actually Robyn’s guardian angel. Though she doesn’t know he has black hair and dark forest green eyes. He used to be a fallen angel he switched sides after he was finished with his 40 year punishment in hell. He comes down to earth pretending to be a normal boy until he tells Robyn they fall in love and become boyfriend and girlfriend. Jayden doesn’t trust his sister with him. He died by getting shot in the stomach in a gang fight while passing by.
Roxanne Black ~ Jayden’s girlfriend he met in hell. Roxanne was created in the big war between heaven and hell thousands of years ago to act as a kind of nurse. She can change her appearance that’s why it look like she never ages. Roxanne is a past present and future seer. She can control when the visions come when she looks into the past her eyes are gold, present is white and future is red. She has dark brown hair that ends in a small spiral at her shoulders and dark brown eyes.
