Hi, i have just finished my Degree in banking and finance and was wondering what are the pre-requisites or relevant job experiences that is needed to be a fund manager junior? or a Security analyst? twitter is a social network like myspace or facebook. this network is different because u mainly tell people what you are doing and its a different way to chat and see what your friends are doing. I love it somewhat I use it in school and is easy and school appropriate too.

I have been with a stock mutual fund for 20 years and for the last 3 years capital gains are increasing to the point where this year they reflected a third of the total value of the fund. This is killing me in terms of tax penalties and liabilities. Why would this happen and what does this tell you aboutr the fund?
